March was a month full of encounters and opportunities.
We start from 25 March, the date on which the event organized by ST NEXT in collaboration with Microsoft took place, relating to the world of CRM, with a particular focus on MS Dynamics 365. 
The meeting took place in Milan, at Microsoft House, elected the fifth most beautiful workplace in the world a few days ago. 

There were many food for thought, thanks to the various topics covered by all the speakers: from the functions of MS Dynamics 365, shown by the Concert experts, Fabrizio Gasparello and Ugo Mango, to the integration between this and MS Project, up to the Microsoft roadmap of integration between the various environments. 

The issues addressed were received with great enthusiasm by the participants, who showed particular interest in the pivotal topic of the event, fundamental for the success of any company and business sector.
